He's not always forthcoming when it comes to his feelings. Sharing them means possibly getting into the whys of him feeling a certain way, and that's not usually something he tells people unless he trusts them. One of the few positives about being here is that people don't know who his father is. He'd like to keep it that way.

"No, I haven't met him. Robots, huh?" Malcolm contemplates that. "They're very life-like robots, if that's the case. At least if they're stuck here it seems like they're enjoying themselves." Maybe they're programmed to think that way. Or brainwashed.
